Kalmar for Chao Phraya

Kalmar has reported an order for four SmartPower RTGs from BMT Pacific Limited, for operation at BMT’s privately owned river terminal on the Chao Phraya River in Central Thailand. The order was booked into Cargotec’s Q3 2017 order intake, and delivery is scheduled for Q3 2018. Local support will be provided by Kalmar’s long-time dealer and service partner SCP Mechanical. The eight-wheel RTGs will stack 6+1 and 1-over-5, and SWL is 40t.
