New monthly record for Port of Tanjung Pelepas
NewsPTP set a new milestone for Malaysia by becoming the first port in the country to exceed 1.1 million TEU in monthly throughput, all without experiencing congestion.

In a statement PTP said that dredging and reclamation is nearing 75 percent completion. The dredging process will widen the port’s access channel from 250m to 420m and increase the draft to 16m from the current 15m. Phase 2 draft alongside will be 19.5m (as at Phase 1).
