Sibur sets up chemical cluster

Earlier this year, Sibur, Russia’s biggest integrated gas processing and petrochemicals company, signed an agreement with Germany’s Karl Schmidt Spedition (KSS) to develop a new chemical industry cluster for processing plastics in the Kaluga Industrial Zone (KIZ) southwest of Moscow.
