Barges press charges

Port congestion has been a big problem for barge operators calling Rotterdam and Antwerp. Delays of between 24 and 60 hours are still common in Rotterdam, according to the Central Bureau for Rhine and Inland Navigation (CBRB), even if the situation in Antwerp has improved somewhat.
