Taipei-based Wan Hai Lines is revamping its independent liner network in the transpacific trade in a move it described as “better meeting stronger customer requirements”. The line has been operating on a standalone basis in the trade since Pacific International Line’s financial troubles caused it to withdraw from the trade last year.
