Row rumbling on in Chittagong
Mohiuddin Chowdhury, mayor of Chittagong City Corporation, has signalled his opposition to the new container terminal planned by Stevedoring Services of America (SSA). The so-called Patenga Container terminal project has been mired in political controversy for several years (for last report see WorldCargo News, June 2002, p13).
