Brazil’s TCU orders scrapping of Libra contract extension in Santos

Brazil’s financial watchdog, the Tribunal de Contas do Uniao (TCU) is pushing to scrap the extension of Grupo Libra Terminais’s concession contracts in Santos citing the “illegal renewal” in 2016.
