As from 1st January 2018 onwards the number of sailings between Zeebrugge and Gothenburg will be increased from three to four per week. Next to the higher frequency it is CLdN's goal to increase the capacity on the trade using the next series of 5,500 lane/metre ro-ro freighters, which are due for delivery imminently.
The vessels trading on Gothenburg are handled in Zeebrugge by CLdN's affiliate C.Ro Ports at its new terminal at Albert II Dock, where the Dublin service vessels are also handled. Hence a smooth transition between Göteborg and Dublin is possible, using Albert II Dock as a main hub, offering very attractive lead times combined with a reliable service.
In addition, CLdN will move it activities in the Swedish port from Logent Ports & Terminals AB to Gothenburg RoRo Terminal AB, operated by DFDS and formerly known as Älvsborg RoRo Terminal.
