Konecranes shareholders approve Terex MHPS deal

Gottwald ESP.6 mobile harbour crane has a working radius of up to 49 m and a maximum capacity of 125 t to serve container ships up to Panamax class.

The former Kocks Ardelt Kranbau GmbH was split into two companies, only the service business was sold to Konecranes.

Konecranes says that integration of digital services, like TRUCONNECT® Remote Monitoring and CheckApp, across all their port cranes and lift trucks is paired with ISO/IEC 27001 certification.

In recent years the annual net sales of the acquired business have totaled around EUR 10-12M, and the business has been profitable.

Cargo bound for Finland will still be loaded as scheduled, with transhipment in Tallinn, albeit with an additional freight adjustment of EUR 350 per container.
