Mika Vehviläinen appointed president and CEO of Cargotec

The operating profit percentages for the different business areas varied throughout the year, with Kalmar at 12.9%, Hiab at 14.1%, and MacGregor at 4.3%.

The two Kalmar electric straddle carriers will feature batteries with an operation time of 45–50 minutes and a charging time of five to six minutes.

Cargotec is to reorganise and as part of this plan Kalmar, which is the division responsible for designing and manufacturing equipment for handling cargo, will be listed as an independent company.
