CS Leasing was formed in 2015 as CARU Specialized Leasing Pte Ltd. by CARU Containers and Transport Capital Group.
CARU Containers has now sold all of its minority shareholding to Maas Capital, which has also made “an additional capital investment to support the future growth of the Company”.
“CS Leasing management and founding shareholders have successfully established the Company as a key supplier in the specialised container leasing market. Maas Capital has now joined the partnership of TCG (Transportation Capital Group) and the Company management team, providing CS Leasing with a strengthened long-term platform for future growth,” CS Leasing said in a statement.
Maas Capital is a subsidiary of ABN AMRO with a focus on the Shipping and Intermodal, Oil & Gas and Renewables sectors.
