WorldCargonews online has received a letter from Daniel von Below, Secretary to the Supervisory Board of Hapag-Lloyd in Hamburg, in response to an item in the latest People on the Move column relating to Nicolás Burr, the company’s CFO.

 

Mr von Below writes: For the sake of good order I would like to inform you that the Supervisory Board has not had a discussion or taken any decision on the contract of our CFO Nicolás Burr and has also not started a succession search.

Nicolás Burr was and is an important part of the Hapag-Lloyd AG Executive Board. This remains unchanged.”
