Port dues frozen in South Africa

The Port Regulator of South Africa (PRSA) has rejected Transnet National Port Authority’s (TNPA) request to raise its tariffs in the forthcoming financial year by 5.9%. Instead, TNPA will have to keep its charges frozen.
