Rainbow Heavy Machinery Co adds Koch Solutions

China’s Nantong Rainbow Heavy Machinery Co Ltd has announced its acquisition of Koch Solutions, an industrial brand of the well-known German materials handling equipment specialist.

In addition to brand acquisitions, the deal also includes the core team of Koch in Germany, patent technology, product sales, after-sales service network and more.


“As a professional solutions provider for materials handling equipment industry, Rainbow Heavy Machinery has always had strong technical and brand advantages in the field of materials handling equipment,” the Chinese firm stated.


“In recent years, the company’s R&D and design teams has provided materials handling equipment and one-stop integrated solutions for various port terminals, yards, power plants, marine engineering and other fields, and has emerged in the international market.


“At the same time, Rainbow Heavy Machinery has actively developed the bulk materials system business in recent years, and has made great progress in the lightweight bulk materials system, but it is still in the early stage of development in the field of heavy bulk materials.


“In order to further strengthen the company’s global competitiveness in the field of heavy bulk systems, we have been striving to find quality resources, and the German brand Koch, which has more than 70 years of experience, is a world-renowned heavy bulk system solution brand.


“Regarding future development, Rainbow Heavy Machinery said that the two brands, Genma and Koch will fully integrate, complement and mutually promote in the area of resources, talents and industries in the future.


“At the same time, Rainbow Heavy Machinery will also make further breakthroughs in the technology of lightweight bulk materials and heavy bulk material systems, thereby enhancing the company’s competitiveness in various international projects along the ‘One Belt, One Road’,” the company concluded.
