Heavy lift shipping specialist Combi Lift A/S has signed a contract with Schenker involving two of its semi-submersible ships in the Gorgon LNG project.

As part of an expanded offering in the area of temperature controlled transport logistics, Schenker AG has signed a global master lease agreement with Sweden-based Envirotainer AB under which Schenker will make use of Envirotainer’s specialised equipment, knowledge and expertise to provide temperature controlled air cargo solutions.

Other Stinnes divisions such as Interfer and Intermec would be sold on but it is not clear whether DB also wants the Brenntag road tanker arm (chemicals logistics).
