Hutchison Whampoa, Hong Kong’s largest conglomerate, has no plans to hive off its highly profitable ports division into a separate listing on the stock exchange, according to group managing director Canning Fok.

“There are no listing plans for Hutchison Port Holdings (HPH) at present. If you look at the nature of the businesses we have floated, they are mainly telecom businesses,’’ Fok told WorldCargo News after releasing the company’s results for 2004.
