Eurogate expansion agreed

In spite of a marked fall in container traffic, Hamburg Port Authority (HPA) has agreed to proceed with the westerly extension (Westerweiterung) of the Eurogate terminal (CTH). Eurogate and HPA have been eyeing expansion of CTH into the former oil terminal for several years.
