An article in the Wall Street Journal has made reference to Deutsche Bank again looking for a buyer for Maher Terminals and booking another heavy loss on its book value.

In 2012, Deutsche Bank moved Maher Terminals from RREEF to a new “non-core operations unit” (NCOU), which it describes as a group of assets that are “non-core to the bank’s strategy going forward” – in other words a banking euphemism for poorly performing assets.
