Upbeat statements from Eurogate cannot disguise the fact that CTW Container Terminal Wilhelmshaven (JadeWeserPort – JWP) has been making heavy losses. In 2013, the first complete business year of operation, losses came to €40M, on top of the €28M loss in 2012 during start-up.
