Transnet scales back plans

The global economic slowdown and lower oil price have obliged Transnet National Ports Authority (TNPA) to slow down the pace of developing new facilities being built by TNPA as part of the government’s Operation Phakisa (national development plan), according to Ricky Bhikraj, executive manager for capacity and enablement at TNPA.
