The port of Vancouver in Washington State is seeking Statements of Interest (SOIs) from companies that want to develop a new bulk facility. The port is offering the opportunity to develop a new facility on approximately 40 acres at Terminal 5. The site was previously part of a planned 100-acre facility to be developed by BHP Billiton to handle potash from the Jansen Mine in Saskatchewan.
