Shipments at the Ports of Indiana were up 19% in H1 2017 to almost 5.7 Mt. Almost 1.2 Mt of that was handled at the Port of Indiana-Burns Harbor (one of three ports under the jurisdiction of the Port of Indiana), which handles heavy lift cargoes, steel, coal and oils.
