OT Logistics for Rijeka
With the agreement of two other shareholders, Poland’s OT Logistics SA is to take over the operational and financial management of the Port of Rijeka (Luka Rijeka), Croatia’s main seaport. The deal was struck with Croatian pension funds Allianz ZB and ERSTE, which own 15.15% and 8.85% of the shares, respectively. Between them, the three parties control 56.31% of Luka Rijeka’s equity.
