Philippines container traffic edges up in first half of 2017

The number of containers handled at the main ports in the Philippines edged up by 2.4% in the first half of this year, according to statistics recently published by the Philippine Ports Authority (PPA) (see table). The near 3.2M TEU handled compared with 3.1M TEU in the corresponding period of 2016.
