Namport makes Walvis offer

Namibia Ports Authority (Namport) has launched a tender for a 25-year concession to operate the new container terminal at Walvis Bay. Namport CEO Andrew Kanime said in late April that five established terminal operators had already expressed an interest in managing the terminal, although no formal bids have yet been announced.
