TTS reports solid Q2 2016 results

Cargotec’s MacGregor has finally received clearance from the Chinese competition regulator for the acquisition of the marine and offshore businesses of TTS Group: synergy estimate revised

MacGregor, part of Cargotec, is still waiting for approval of its takeover of TTS Group ASA from the Chinese regulatory authorities

On 27th December MacGregor stated that clearance of the transaction had been received from the competition authorities in South Korea
