Maersk Sealand has take over the 33.3 per cent share held by ECT in the Maersk Delta Terminal (MDT) on the Maasvlakte. As previously reported, the EU competition authorities required Hutchison to dispose of this ECT minority interest as a condition for increasing its stake in ECT.
