Cargotec takes Navis
Cargotec Corporation has announced that it has reached an agreement to acquire leading TOS provider Navis from Zebra Technologies for US$190M. Subject to the receipt of regulatory approvals, the transaction is expected to be completed during the first quarter of 2011.
