IPE bags Ermewa

Investors in Private Equity (IPE), headed by Philippe Nguyen, has acquired a majority 50.4 percent stake in Ermewa Group, Europe’s second largest lessor of specialised railcars and, through its Eurotainer joint venture with Brambles Industries, the world’s second largest lessor of tank containers. Terms of the deal were not disclosed.
