Glasgow-Chunnel doublestack?

A proposal has been made for a new rail freight route between Glasgow and the continent via London and the Channel tunnel. It would be aimed mainly at freight, with top 100 mph speeds and no more than 1% grades, 750m long trains, 25t axle loads, and high gauge for double stack contianers and piggyback trailers.
