Algeciras Bay Port Authority, Renfe, Andalusia Ports Agency, Cimalsa (a company working for the Catalan government) and France-based Lorry Rail, which operates the autoroute ferroviaire service between Perpignan, close to the Spanish border, and Luxembourg, have signed a mutual collaboration agreement to analyse the viability of introducing an Iberian rolling motorway.
