JB Hunt to buy part of BNSF
NewsLowell, Ark, based JB Hunt, which is one of the US’s largest trucking, intermodal and logistics services companies, is to buy the brokerage operations of BNSF Logistics, which is a business unit of BNSF Railway.
BNSF, GMXT and JB Hunt to start new Mexico/US intermodal service
BNSF Railway (BNSF), North America’s largest intermodal rail, GMXT, the largest operator of freight rail services in Mexico and JB Hunt Transport Services Inc, one of the largest supply chain solutions providers in North America, are to cooperate in a new intermodal rail service linking Mexico with the US. The trains are routed via the Eagle Pass, Texas border crossing.
