Four in the running for Setubal

Four companies have been invited to tender by the Setubal port authority (APSS) for a 20 + 10 year concession to operate the port’s multi-purpose terminal (see WorldCargo News, August 2001, p11) – Empresa de Trafego e Estiva (ETE), Tertir (via Liscont), Sete-frete and Navigomes. The award is due to be made next month
