Terminal investments go West

The North American West Coast continues to see heavy investment in container terminal construction and expansion. Most of the expansion is trade driven, with several ports experiencing new container handling records in the first half of this year, while new cranes are required for the larger ships now entering service, including the first 8000 TEU vessel to dock at West Coast ports.
