Sea Star to acquire Navieras

Jacksonville, Florida-based Sea Star Line has received US Bankruptcy Court approval for its proposed takeover of Puerto Rican operator Navieras/NPR Inc, part of the Philadelphia-based Holt Group, which is operating under Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection.
