Less for more in Bilbao?

Bilbao container terminal operators Abra Terminales Marítimas (ATM) and Terminales Marítimas de Bilbao (TMB) have sent a joint proposal to the Bilbao Port Authority (APB) requesting a reduction in their existing terminal areas as a means of making both businesses profitable. The initial response has been favourable, given that this additional space can be put to other uses.
