NMTP takes over BSC

NMTP Novorossiysk, which accounts for around 75% of all the cargo handled in the Black Sea (and Russia’s) largest port, has completed its take over of Baltic Stevedoring Company (BSC) in Kaliningrad. NMTP acquired a 50% stake in BSC, which handles containers, timber and cars on its three berths, in March 2006 and the balance was bought towards the end of February this year.
