YICT feeling the pinch?

Yantian International Container Terminals (YICT) had a new, and unwelcome, experience in the first six months of this year. For the first time since the Hutchison-owned terminal in eastern Shenzhen started operations in 1994, monthly throughput actually declined in February (down 11.8%) and April (down 3.8%) compared to the corresponding months last year.
