New Cameroon ports

The Central African state of Cameroon currently relies on the port of Douala to transport 95% of all freight travelling into or out of the country. However, the government has now announced plans to expand the port of Limbe and develop a deepwater port at Kribi to allow access for larger vessels, thereby reducing pressure on the country’s main port.
