The South Carolina State Ports Authority’s Board of Directors has elected Bill Stern to a two-year term as chairman, beginning in January 2010. Sarah S Gaillard has been to the new position of Vice President, Carrier Sales, effective January 4, 2010. Gaillard will report to Paul McClintock , Senior Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer.
Tarek Hosni, formerly the president of Giraud International, has been appointed director general of Novatrans
