Long Beach grain plan
Public hearings have been held in Long Beach regarding the plans of Total Terminals International (TTI), which operates at the Pier T container terminal on the Port of Long Beach’s part of Terminal Island, to install a grain transloading facility on a vacant 10-acre parcel adjacent to Pier T on the Navy Mole. This is a two mile-long, 500ft wide peninsula that wraps around the West Basin.
