No relief for JNP tariffs

The private container terminal operators at India’s Jawaharlal Nehru Port (JNP) have failed to get a stay order against the Tariff Authority for Major Ports (TAMP)’s order directing them to cut port charges (see WorldCargo News April 2012, p7).
