“It is all about putting capacity in the right places in the supply chain and offering customers the most efficient and cost-competitive services,” Peter Ward , commercial manager of cargo supply chain at DP World London Gateway (LG), told delegates at the Multimodal 2013 show in Birmingham earlier this week.
