Russia’s Norilsk Nickel (NN), the world’s leading producer of nickel and palladium, is constructing a dedicated container terminal at the Barents Sea port of Murmansk, on a 19,000 m2 plot of land formerly the site of a ship repair yard. A 5000 m2 warehouse and a new railway approach track will also be constructed.
