Yilport for Puerto Bolívar?

Ecuador’s Compliance and Technical Committee is examining an investment proposal by Yilport Holding to operate Puerto Bolívar under a concession arrangement. The port’s director, Vicente Guzmán, said the Turkish group had put forward paperwork in respect of its eligibility, as well as a technical and financial bid.
