The 2015 Air Emissions Inventories from the ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach show both ports experienced an increase in some of the emissions categories monitored last year. This is something of a reversal, as emissions from both ports had mostly been on the decline since they launched their joint landmark Clean Air Action Plan (CAAP) in 2005.
