Retrospective deal for PRS in Tacoma

The Port of Tacoma has found itself needing to retrospectively approve authority for Pacific Rail Services (PRS) to operate its South Intermodal Yard, after the port failed to notice its contract for services expired in October 2017.

Freightliner calls for cargo targets
