Nigeria tries again with cargo scanners

The Nigerian Customs Service (NCS) is to purchase three Rapiscan mobile cargo scanners for US$18M, plus a ‘local component’ of NGN3.255B (US$8.5M) inclusive of 5% VAT to the local supplier, Messrs Airwave limited.
