Go-ahead for Klabin

Brazil’s Land and Water Institute (IAT), which reports to the country’s Secretariat for Sustainable Development and Tourism, has authorised construction of the US$23M Klabin cellulose pulp and paper handling terminal at the Port of Paranaguá. Klabin is Brazil’s largest producer and exporter of packaging paper.
