DP World in bulk deal for Santos
NewsTogether with Rumo, DP World will build a dedicated dry bulk handling terminal with two shiploaders and a continuous unloader next to its container facility in Santos, Brazil.
Landlord model ‘bankrupt’
Fábio Lavor, the director of the Department of New Grants and Regulatory Policies at the Secretariat of Ports in the Brazilian Ministry of Infrastructure, has made it known that he thinks the country’s existing landlord model for ports is “bankrupt”.
